The hotel location is 25 mins walking distance to Damlatas and Cleopatra beaches, around 15-20 mins to the downtown. The place would suit to people who prefers a bit quiet location, but keep in mind there is a busy hotel close by which might be a bit loud time to time, but a room soundproof is good. The kitchen has a fridge and electric stove, a couple of washing machines are available at hotel yard area. The room was clean and staff performs a good job. A couple of minor technical issues I mentioned to manager was fixed within a day which was great. A market "Sok" is 5 mins away, and "Migros" is like 10 mins to walk, there are few cafes and small local markets just around the corner. Emre, manager, is doing a great job and you can ask him for any assistance or advice you might need during your stay, he will try to help you. Best family hotel! Amazing views, delicious food and drinks! Perfect beaches! Great pools and slides. The best hotel for family, perfect with small kids! The hotel is not big but has so many things to offer. First, the location is amazing: . . Food is absolutely delicious! Coctails is smth one should definitely try. Excellent Appartment, just recommended! There is not far from sea, center and Alanya otogar – 15-20 min walking, if you don't like walking - you can use a bus, bus station is near. There is not on mountain, you don't need go up hill (maybe only last 15-20 metres). It has home atmosphere, new and clean, full stuff for life, if you need something else - you can ask for and you will have it (warm blanket for example). Very friendly people working here. Thank you so much for all! *Famous fish market with fish restaurants (= fruit/vegetable market too) in 200 metres – behind big autoparking. Just recommended too.

The owners were very caring and warm people and customer satisfaction was their priority. It was a clean hotel. We liked that it was close to the center and close to the sea. I liked its location. The breakfast was hygienic and nice. The hotel rooms were also very clean. It was beautiful in everything. We had no trouble. I found it normal for the price.

Stuff is good and client oriented. Yusuf is polite and nice reception guy that helped a lot with all questions we had. Personally thanks to him :) Internet works ok, not really fast (about 15mbit/sec) but stable. This is restrictions of provider, as I understood, so I guess it is common Wi-Fi speed. The room is clean. The balcony view we had was very nice, like in photos but even better when you see it by your own eyes. We had a basic survival tool kit, like cooking place, fridge, dishes and pans, and surprisingly juicer for orange. We looked for a place a bit distanced from the sea, to have an opportunity to walk around city, and this place work fine for it. You can find local market near with good prices and local products. The place is quiet. Air conditioner works. Swimming pool is clean and not overloaded. Fair price, i would say.
